April 2026 5.00I got displaced from my home due to an emergency that lead to having to replace my roof and rebuild parts of my home. With a Help of my insurance company and their third-party housing specialists, I was able to move from spending two months in a hotel to spending the next five months after that at Jake’s place. What a difference! The apartment was super clean, spacious high ceilings, super clean, modern vibe, and a comfy bed! Shower was awesome and got super hot (in a good way)! Enjoy using the washer/dryer combo machine to do a load of laundry while I was away at work. It was great to have assigned parking, too! Unfortunately, I had to keep extending my stay because of construction and contractor delays, but Jake and his team are always quick to make arrangements so that I could continue in the same unit each time. They were always polite and responsive and respectful. I would highly recommend this unique and fresh gem in the city!

April 2026 5.00Would come back in a second and liked it so much more than staying in a hotel. It was pristine and had stylish and comfortable furnishings. The bed was super comfortable and my son said the sofabed was as well. It had everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Jake was incredibly responsive and communicative when we had questions. 10 out of 10!!

March 2026 4.00The unit had everything we needed for a week long stay. It’s in a good neighborhood and less than a 15 minute drive of every where we needed to get to. There was some miscommunication with initial check-in, possibly due to an automated message by the host. The message was sent early morning and stated the unit was “ready at any time” so we assumed we would be able to check in earlier than 4pm. This was not the case as the unit was still being serviced and cleaned when we arrived. We were able to leave our perishables in the fridge after messaging the host and had to come back later to check-in. One other small note; the washer/dryer was a bit challenging to operate and seemed to take longer to dry clothes than a normal dryer. Not a huge issue, it got the job done but should be noted. Other than that. It was a good stay with everything we needed.
